  As Chief Relationship Officer of Ethos Companies, Josh is responsible for the effectiveness of revenue operations and aligning business development and talent recruitment with the company’s mission and values. Josh is also the Executive Managing Director of Ethos Commercial Advisors and in addition to managing ECA’s operations, Josh has deep expertise in office, industrial, land and multi-family investment sales, agency leasing, and tenant representation. As a Portland native and 5th generation Oregonian, Josh cares deeply about the vibrancy of the Pacific Northwest.

  Josh leverages his local relationships and extensive market knowledge to present Ethos’ clients with exclusive opportunities. Drawing on his diverse background in real estate, he is able to fine-tune the performance of a building in anticipation of a sale to maximize value. Additionally, Josh helps clients uncover unique opportunities to strengthen and diversify their investment portfolios. Helping businesses create real estate strategies to support their growth is his passion; be it through strategic acquisitions, dispositions, or lease transactions.

  Josh began his real estate career in 2007 at Doug Bean & Associates, Inc. before co-founding Ethos Commercial Advisors in 2017. Josh has successfully completed over 750 lease transactions and 100 sale transactions for over $1 billion dollars of total transaction value.

  Josh studied real estate finance at Portland State University, is an SIOR designee, is a member of the Commercial Association of Brokers, CCIM, and holds principal brokers licenses in Oregon and Washington. He is also a member of the Oregon Bio Association and is co-chair their facilities committee. In addition to his professional endeavors, Josh is on the board of SOLVE, a Portland-based environmental non-profit, and does pro-bono work on behalf of non-profits to help them evaluate, develop, and execute on real estate strategies.

  In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time mountain biking and hiking with his wife and their two Australian cattle dogs.

• Paul Del Vecchio

  As Chief Executive Officer of Ethos Companies, Paul is responsible for overall strategies and policies as well as supporting leadership across the companies to support integration and collaboration. Paul also serves as President of Ethos Development and has spent decades in development and construction management, financial analysis, and consulting and advisory services for both public and private organizations.

  Being civic minded, Paul serves on the Central City Concern real estate advisory board and has previously served on the City of Tacoma’s Design Review Project Advisory Group, the Portland Housing Bureau’s Inclusionary Housing Re-Calibration Workgroup, the board of Oregon Smart Growth, and real estate advisory board committee for Proud Ground community land trust. Additionally, Paul has taught at Portland State University and Lewis and Clark College.

  Prior to founding Ethos Development, Paul served as an International Realty Specialist with the U.S. Department of State specializing in acquisition of land for new embassies and consulates. In addition to working for world leaders in the construction field such as AECOM and Skanska USA, Paul previously served as Director of Development for Washington D.C. based Monument Realty.

  Paul holds a Professional Engineering license, Principal Brokers Licenses in Oregon and Washington, and a U.S. Green Building Council LEED accredited professional certification. A designer at heart, Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, the latter as a trustee’s fellow. He later obtained an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain. During business school, Paul worked in Rwanda with Femmes Africa Solidarité, a non-profit promoting women entrepreneurs in Africa.

  When not managing Ethos, Paul spends his time with his wife Lisa, son Andrea and two dogs Luna and Boom. Mountain Biking, Skiing, Sailing, and Trail Running are passions that help shape Paul’s perspective on the importance of smart and sustainable urban growth strategies.

• Brian Hanson

  Advisory Board Member

  In addition to being on the Ethos Company’s advisory board, Brian Hanson is a Senior Managing Director and Partner at Ethos Commercial Advisors and is responsible for investment sales, leasing, and private capital placement at Ethos, specializing in office, multifamily, and development transactions. He draws on over a decade of experience in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, agency leasing and tenant representation. Through sophisticated financial analysis, skillful negotiation, and pure hard work, Brian is dedicated to securing the best possible terms for his clients.

  Brian came to Ethos Commercial Advisors with 12 years of commercial real estate experience in Portland, Oregon and New York City and has successfully completed nearly $400 million in sale transactions. In Portland, Brian has worked for local industry leaders such as ScanlanKemperBard Companies and HFF (now JLL). Prior to moving to Portland, he worked in investment property sales and leasing with Massey Knakal Realty Services (now Cushman Wakefield) where he was awarded the Seventh Annual Michael Fuchs and Aby Rosen PIER Award, representing overall values of Passion, Integrity, Excellence and Responsibility.

  Brian earned his Master’s in Real Estate Finance at New York University and a B.S. in Psychology from Boston University, where he also minored in Spanish and spent a semester studying in Madrid, Spain.

  Outside of his professional life, Brian spends time camping, hiking, and traveling with his family and enjoys snowboarding, surfing, and rock climbing. Brian currently holds a real estate license in Oregon.

• Craig Kelly

  Advisory Board Member

  In addition to being on the Ethos Company’s Advisory Board, Craig is a Principal and Founder of Meritus Property Group. Craig joined Venerable Properties in 1994, became president in 2012, and oversaw the transition to Meritus Property Group in 2020. Craig currently supports client relationships and operations at Meritus and offers the team a wealth of knowledge earned through a long career in various parts of the real estate industry. Initially Craig entered the industry as a commercial Broker, with transactions that tally up to multiple seven figures. He later turned his focus to operations and management where he was responsible for a team as well as execution of several significant development projects.

  Craig has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Portland State University. He is a current member and past president of Commercial Real Estate Brokers of Metropolitan Portland.

  When not contributing to Meritus, Craig can be found spending time with his family on the Oregon coast.

• Daniel Natsch

  In addition to being on the Ethos Company’s advisory board, Danny Natsch is a Senior Managing Director and Partner at Ethos Commercial Advisors and leads its debt and equity brokerage platform. Danny has earned his reputation as a leading capital markets intermediary by focusing on client centric outcomes. Cultivating long-term relationships with developers and investors by understanding the underlying business strategy for each client and each deal, Danny aligns interests and targets precise outcomes. This is supported by the breadth of knowledge Danny and his team have to place capital and process each transaction seamlessly. Danny’s core business is built around debt and equity transactions ranging from $5MM to $7SMM, encompassing all asset classes - with an emphasis on multifamily, office, retail, and land.

  Danny has been involved with over $250,000,000 in real estate financing transactions. Prior to joining Ethos he spent four years as Managing Director at McBride Capital, a boutique Portland area mortgage brokerage firm. Danny worked on a wide variety of assignments that included permanent financing with HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Life Insurance Companies, Banks and Credit Unions as well as highly structured deals that utilized institutional capital sources, debt funds and private lenders.

  Having held positions at Clinicient, NAVEX Global, and Google/Instantiations, Danny began his career in technology, with a decade of experience closing highly complex enterprise software contracts with Fortune 500 companies.

  Danny is an officer on the board for the Portland Affordable Housing Preservation Trust, a non-profit whose mission is to preserve and expand the inventory of housing in the Portland metropolitan that is affordable to low-income individuals and families. Danny serves as board treasurer.

  Danny graduated from Portland State University with a bachelor’s degree in Global Marketing Management. While not working Danny enjoying spending time with his wife and three children; and if there is any time left over, he enjoys a round of golf or a day on the jeep trails.
